The Phoenix Group is a European healthcare logistics and pharmacy retail company, Numark Digital is a team of technology and product specialists aiming to help drive the digital transformation of pharmacy in the UK.
We spoke to three members of their team to find out exactly what it's like to work there.

Can you tell us a little bit about the company, before describing the culture at the organisation?

Can you describe your role at the company?
- Digital Product Owner
- Manage the development roadmap & backlog for the Hey Pharmacist portfolio
- Make data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders
- Key contact between the business and the development team
What was it about the organisation that attracted you to the role?
- Ambition & vision of the leadership team
- Agile way of working, the agencies the team work with - I had great experience working with the AND Digital agency in a previous role
- Great portfolio of products that really make a different to patients lives
Can you describe the onboarding process you’ve experienced?
- Really well-balanced onboarding from in person meeting in the fulfilment centre on day one so I can see the inner workings, a concise list of key 121s to get in the diary, and invites to all the core stand ups and regular meetings
- HR have been really helpful when dealing with personal setup (bank, tax, pension, etc)
- Great 121 management from my line manager, clear and open conversations on the best ways of working, clear expectation on timescales on key requests
